I heard on the radio yesterday that with the holiday weekend, the decision may not be handed out until Sunday. (Don't ask me why the holiday Monday would delay things to the day before).

I don't know if it's the same arbitrator, I assume it is. Anyway this guy took more than 48 hours to deliver the Chiasson verdict, now he's taking three days to deliver th Hoffman verdict. What is the point of the CBA rule?

Ah, okay got it. Unless he's getting paid by the hour, I don't understand how it could possibly take more than 48 minutes, let alone 48 hours to figure out an NHL players worth.

Early "reports" in Sens camp is that Nick Paul is a beast. Wouldn't be shocked to see him in the NHL this year. Actually I'd be shocked if he wasn't. The organization views him higher than any other prospect they have.
