Some guy claims that Hoffman will be in tough to make the team based on the "indicators" in tonights split-squad preseason loss to the Islanders?!?!

I guess he got those indicators from listening to the game on the radio since their was no stream of the game in Newfoundland.

Um, he will be in tough to make the team and it has nothing to do with pre-season...he just isn't that great of a player. he will be waived by end of October. He isn't in my lineup right now, that's for sure.

Basically no distractions now other than Methot, so the Sens can just go out a play. Some much internal competition outside of the top-line and Karlsson.

Agreed. It's been so good that even the people that wrote Hoffman off after one development camp practice and one pre-season game (that they listened to on the radio BTW) have decided that maybe, just maybe they wrote him off too early. Haha.
