What a player Kyle Turtis has become. He's becoming an elite twoeay forward before our eyes. What a bargain too.

    Another brilliant move by Murray.

I wonder how long he will go before Tim Murray takes over the GM role?

Can't wait until Curtis Lazar gets here. We need his type.

I must say, Lehner is ready to be a full-time starter.

C - Crosby, Backstrom, Kuznetsov, Eichel, Johansen
LW - E. Kane, Drouin, Schenn, Miller, Foligno, Zucker
RW - Wheeler, Stone, Lindholm, Oshie, Tolvanen
D - Karlsson, Carlson, Dumba, Nurse, Ceci, Pionk, Larsson, Montour
G - Murray, Quick, Koskinen, Blackwood, Georgiev

    Minors - Turcotte, Bouchard, Kaprizov

Problem with Lehner is you don't know if he can handle a full-time starter role yet, i.e. 60-70 games. No doubt he is the future but right now it is Anderson's team and Lehner will get something like 15-25 starts. Easing him in like Rask will be the right thing to do.

Lehner is unreal. Don't care to analyze these games on this brutal road trip, so that's all.

Tough way to have to start the year. Might make them stronger in the long run.

Ottawa has a great future no doubt. Yet, as with many up and coming teams they have a step back or 2 season before they begin to show greatness. I really feel this will be the case with Ottawa this season.

Ottawa fans... I have a difficult time assessing Robin Lehner's potential.
Does he have the upside to be a top 10 goaltender in this league?
To which other goalie would you compare him in terms of development?
I could pick him or Bernier on waivers, I'd like to keep a third goalie on my bench to give myself options for the playoffs and next season.
    Thanks!
    Points-only keeper league. 12 teams. Keep any 12 players. Dress 12F - 6D - 2G.

Id def go with Bernier for this season but Lehner will be a monster in the future.

Yeah, definitely Bernier over Lehner this year, but man, Lehner is ****ing sick.

Did anyone see him rob Perry of the hat trick tonight? Wow. Kid is a gamer.

Great to see Lehner grow into the goaltender that people thought he could be. He should be a big part of this team in the future as they get things figured out.

Lehner is definitely ready, but that's about the only thing positive I can say about tonight. If it weren't for him, that game would have been much uglier.

Was Spezza even playing? I think I noticed him at the ceremonial face off. Brutal.

I'll take the 2-2-2 record if they beat Phoenix on Tuesday. New players, tough road trip, players coming back from long absences, etc.
