Bowman discusses Kane's actions in Madison, WI pubically for the first time. Not to much information was released and not all that much was said. But reading between the lines Kaner needs to quit the antics, grow up and focus on hockey and winning.

Apparently, some members of the Hawks organization want Kane to " seek help"

"But the Hawks are more than just disappointed in Kane. A team source told the Sun-Times that some in the organization have suggested that Kane seek help.

“He’s obviously got some issues,” the source said. “How many more times can these things happen? It’s a much bigger thing than some photographs in a 48-hour window.”

It was the last thing the Hawks wanted to see to kick off their offseason — which was already going to be tumultuous.

Kane was photographed numerous times during a trip to Madison when he took part in the Mifflin Street Block Party for Cinco de Mayo.

There were pictures of Kane lying on the ground littered with empty beer cans, one with his head down on a bar and another showing a police officer shadowing him. And then came the series of unconfirmed allegations made on Deadspin.com by anonymous people.

This isn’t the first time Kane’s off-ice behavior has concerned the Hawks."

Hossa " Feeling much better"

At this point Hossa and Bowman feel he's on track to be ready to participate in training camp. Good News! Let's hope for no " setbacks".

I am very pleased and excited to learn this past week that prospect Adam Clendening has agreed to terms with the Hawks on a three-year entry level contract. Clendening was drafted in the second round of the 2011 draft (36th overall).

He Shared the lead in Hockey East points in defenseman with a career high 33 points ( 4 goals, 29 assists) in 38 games. Clendening was named as a 1st team Hockey East All-Star.

Clendening led Team USA defensemen at the 2012 World Junior Championships with five points (G, 4A) in six games. He also won gold with Team USA at the 2009 and 2010 Under-18 World Championships and was named to the tournament All-Star Team in 2010 after leading all blueliners in scoring with 10 points (3G, 7A).

Look for Clendening to be in a Rockford sweater in 2012-13. He's gonna be a good one for the Hawks.

Zach Parise as a Blackhawk?? The dream is sweet for sure, but IMO highly doutbful. The Hawks really have not been linked to Parise, but who knows, one can hope.

In more realistic news, look for the Hawks and Oilers to maybe swing a trade. Something along the lines of a Sam Gagner / Niklas Hjalmarsson deal.
