I'm in the same position as you.
I think you have to give Varly a chance. I think if he truly is healthy....which who knows how much truth that actualy is....he will compete hard for that top spot and if that's the case...they're going to be a great tandem to have.
For my other goalies I have Halak and Elliott. So obviously I would keep Halak. But Elliott has been hot as well. So I too am in this dilemma.
I think I may bite the bullet and keep Varly on IR for a while, I won't be able to make any moves but it will give enough time to assess the situation. Don't drop him just yet. I don't think Neuvirth is completely scot free.
