Value of Anders Lindback?
I'm personally very high on him because I don't think Rinne is a true #1 due to his lack of consistency. Moreover, Lindback has put up solid numbers in the SEL and is huge. Plus, Nashville plays a solid defensive system too... Is there anything I'm missing about him or am I just overly optimistic?

That's what I thought too. Their system is 100% goalie cannibalism at it's finest.

Lindback is huge (6-6, 203), but so it Rinne (6-5, 207). Trotz has already come out and said that he expects to play Lindback 15-20 games this season. So...do the math and you can expect, even if things go well for Lindback, that he'll only get into 25-30 games barring a major injury to Rinne. And even if there is a major injury to Rinne, he'll like split the duties a bit with Dekanich.
The current defensive woes are partially systemic...with Ryan Suter out the team is nearly as strong defensively at even strength and on the penalty kill.
