    Default Steve Mason

Steve Mason looked pretty solid in his two starts. Was a little shaky at the start of the period in the first SJ game, but rallied. Crossing fingers that sophomore slump is history.

So true.. that first period in the first game was shaky for sure, but he was really solid post.... big rebound would be huge for CBJ.

Id be concerned about that Columbus defensive zone play. That 3rd period of the 2nd game was awful for them. Or maybe SJ is that good. Mason may have to be extra good just to compensate for the team in front of him.

Probably wont be as dominate as his rookie season, but will be much better than last season, starting him with complete confidence..I think LOL

Dear God, I hope he keeps up his respectable play. My team will dominate when all the pieces get going.
