geez... wouldn't we all like to know that one!!

    My $0.02:

This year I see JDD the starter... Khabi will return and the two will split because JDD is pretty good. Dubnyk is said to be the better tender (than JDD), but because I think EDM will surprise early (before Hemsky gets hurt again)... JDD's leash will grow long. This keeps Khabi from sneaking right back in, and keeps rub-a-dub-Dubnyk out this year. Or at least out until trade deadline.

As for the future... depends on how long it takes for Hall, Eberle, and Gags to develop and gel. If that is immediate... they will trade for a Goalie to compete in the 2012 playoffs. NOT to be mistaken with the 2011 playoffs.
    10 Team H2H Points (Keep 1C, 2W, 2D, 1G, & 1 non-goalie):
G,A,+/-, PIM, PPG, SHG, GWG, OTG, FOWs, Hits, Blks, Maj, Mis, (bonus scoring for D-men makes them comparable to Wing)
    Wins, Saves, GA, Shutouts

    18 Man Roster (3 IR slots) Daily Start: 2C, 4W, 4D, 2G

    C: Zibanejad, Thomas, Tavares
W: Stutzle, Robertson, Connor, Buchnevich, McCann
D: Makar, McAvoy, Josi, Theodore, Matheson, Harley
G: Georgiev, Binnington, Kochetkov, Andersen (IR)

Tyler Bunz! Okay maybe not, but I think he's highly underrated.

    Give me Dubnyk.

It might not be this year since Gerber, Khabibulin(?) and JDD make things a little complicated. But sometime this season he'll get a sniff and hopefully secures the back up role. A year from now, things might be in his favor.

A lot of if's but it is EDM we're talking about!

Lol, 3 posts 3 different answers. I'd want Roy. I liked him a lot in his draft year, and I don't like the others. Simple as that.

Honestly, likely none of these guys. By the time the Oilers are at the point where they need a top end goalie, I think the most likely scenario is them finding someone else via trade/signing.

Sadly (ok maybe not that sad), this will most likely be the case.

i seriously think they are going to be in a similar position as Chicago they will be doing well with marginal non super human goaltending. deslauriers dubnyk roy whoever they bring in will not be an integral part of the winning formula
