Easy choice for me. Brodeur. He shoudl be one of the top 3 goalies for at least 3 more years.
The goalies that have gone so far in my hockey pool i am in are
Tuukka Rask
Ryan Miller
MA Fleury
Roberto Luongo
Henrik Lundqvist
The stats we use in are league is Wins, SV%, GAA, SO. I was hopeing to get Lundy but that did not happen so i have my eyes on and it is a full keepers league with a salary cap of 95 million (cap hit)
Cam Ward
Niklas Backstrom
Martin Brodeur
Ilya Bryzgalov
Jaroslav Halak
Pekka Rinne
Steve Mason

I would go with Bryz or Howard. Rinne is third on my list.
Jimmy Howard. Detroit is a deep, solid team. Better than last year. And Howard put up amazing numbers last year.
Knee-jerk is Brodeur, but being in a cap league the best bang for the buck is Howard. Weighing risk/cap hit/ talent Bryzgalov would be next and then Rinne.
BUT it really depends on your funds and remaining positional needs. If you're stacked...and I mean locked-and-loaded elsewhere and you've got the space to take the hit then Brodeur.

i have only picked OV so far this my 2nd pick and i have back to back picks

Since its a keeper, do not take Brodeur - you would be much better off with Halak or Rinne - I would lean towards Halak based on his team situation. In an inaugural keeper draft, you cannot use your second pick for a 38 year old goalie (or any player that age).

Personally I would take Bryzgalov or Rinne from that list.
Noooooo!!!! I was just gaining on shoeless' post count!
Ward's got the talent but no team...not yet. Howard I blieve has the lowest cap hit, somewhat higher risk. Bryzzy and Rinne are somewhat more proven, less risk. Detroit's always a solid team which is why I would go with Howard initially (taking cap hit into consideration).
But ya cant go wrong with Bryzzy or Rinne.
@SmittysRant
Halak for me
