Value of Keeper League Goalies

Hi Justin thanks for doing this,

This is not really a technical question, but how do you rate the value of goalies vs top forwards in a keeper league. We keep 7 and I kept 2 goalies last year, and probably will again this year, but I am wondering if I should trade one for a high end forward.

The league is H2H (stats in my signature) and we start 2 goalies every night. I have Lundqvist and Fleury so I'm pretty good in goal. But if I could swing a deal like Fleury+ for Kane or Perry would I be helping myself or would I spend the rest of the year looking for a second goalie?

This is very tough to answer because I don't have the insight on the forwards like I do for the goalies, so you'll have to fend for yourself in that regard.

If you can tell me what other goalies are available in your league, I can help you find a good replacement if you do choose to trade one of Lundqvist or Fleury. But personally I would keep those two and ride them to the promised land!!
