How are the draft picks given out again? I know that the winner of the playoffs gets the 1st overall pick but beyond that I have know clue. I'm curious to see what kind of draft pick I'm looking at if my team continues to do well.

That was last year... Starting this year, the 29th and 30th teams will get the 1st and 2nd overall pick, then the playoff winner and runner up will get the 3rd and the 4th, then the Tier winners will get the 5th, 6th and 7th and then the other playoff teams will be there based on their playoff performance.
