SJ's going to be pissed after last game... and van hasn't really impressed me as much as everyone else... especially defensively. Then losing sammy they may be hooped.

I think I'd prefer either of the other guys. Bobby Lou has been horrible lately, pulled 5 times in last 14 games (that is a stat that I'm sure couldn't even be matched in the Mike Keenan Captain Hook glory days). And obviously has the toughest opponent.

I'm trying to decide between Lou vs SJ and Elliott vs. Atl tonight...I know you should always start your stud but considering recent history I am wondering...

I have a big week 2 of my 2nd round of playoffs starting this week ...won all 3 goalie cats last week with Brodeur & Luongo, despite his latest yank.

Question -- dare I put in Theodore this week? Ive had him on the pine for weeks while Brodeutr & Luongo have taken turns stinking the joint up, but finally got a great week out of them last week.

On the thread starter - yeah I would bench Loungo - always a tough call but I like your other matchups so much better.

Always starting your stud is a fantasy hockeyism that I abhor - it avoids simple daily management and logic activity.

I would have a hard time not starting Loungo in a weekly starts league though.

k Good. I agree that sitting bobby in this situation is ideal. Lets just say I have been going with the riding your studs the whole season and it hasn't killed me per se... but I've definitely been unhappy with whats occured. I had many opportunities to make a decision like tonight and avoided it but it's gone on far too long.

THat being said. Elliot is not a bad play. I would play him.

In a weekly you have to go bobby lou just because it is rare he has more than 1 bad game. And marty's schedule is not that bad. I'd rather have that then theo's. (Also varly probably gets one of those games..)

Aaand dont' mind sitting goli for foster right now. Your call, but either way I don't think it makes or breaks you... just go for your gut.
