Agreed, But I would be willing to accept a top 10 goalie on a good team if it came with something else very nice... A Cam Ward/Nik Backstrom/Ryan Miller type guy (hint... hint).
Even a Jonas Hiller would interest me...
Those are some nice tier II options in goal to be sure, but they'd need to be paired with some nice sugar to balance it out IMO...someone like Krejci or Kopitar or Boyes maybe...young, talented, lots of unrealized potential.
Like I said, Green's value is SKY high right now, don't let anyone forget that had he played a full season at the pace he set he would have scored 88 pts, that has been unheard of for awhile....who was the last d-man to crack 80 pts in a season? I cant think of anyone other than Bourque who had 82 in 95-96...anyone? anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

you also have to understand this league, with 30 teams, not having a goalie is pretty big, goalies carry a pretty high value in this setup
thats a good point...I overlooked that in his sig...yes in that case any of those guys would be an expected return for Green, cant hurt to ask for a pick in addition tho
yeah, his issue will be that his options are limited with not many teams having spare goaltending that they are willing to part with. It is a tough situation!

Green effects so many stats that he is worth more than a goalie is. +/-, PPP, Goals, assists, Points, PIM and SOG. He was basically tops or in the top 3 of all defenceman in almost all of those stats. 30 goals from a defeceman? 250 SOG??? are you kidding?
