Hmmm not today for this cowboy Chicleteur. Could easily be a train wreck.
I really don\'t like this matchup, but the Nucks will eventually win one after losing three!
My scoring categories are in my sig.
Thoughts?

hmmm goaliepost.com has been flip-flopping on sanford/schneider all day and from everything id been hearing i figured schneider was getting the go tonight, but sanford played well against the wings last week, so lets pray for a repeat performance, he was also standing on his head against columbus, (come to think of it, maybe that explains the back spasms)
in any case, tellqvist appears to be locked in tonight against the leafs, so you appear to be handcuffed.
judging by sanfords play and not his injury woes, you should start him with confidence, regardless of his match up

sounds like you werent swayed to play him with confidence. if thats the case then id argue to play him without confidence only if you need to reach a minimum number of goalie games this week, because tonight is potentially your last night to get one this week given the tenders in your sigShoeless wrote:

How are you doing for max games Chic? Look at it this way, Sanford has a great game then he is going to get some more starts over Schneider until Loungo comes back and they should be better matchups - you might get more interest in him on the trader scene as well even for the few games he will get in now and the ones he will play to the end of the season.
If he bombs you protect your GAA.
I dunno perhaps metaldude has a point here and that nothing ventured nothing gained is the right approach.
on yahoo they are saying sanford is looking at getting the start tonight and tomorrow. i cant see why hed get the start in both games of the back to back unless theyve decided schneider just isnt ready for the nhl and are just keeping him on in case those back spasms come back to bite him. if thats the case then sitting sanford looks that much more promising as minnesota is at least a more favourable matchup.
I\'m right on for the max game (according to Yahoo, actually I\'ve 25 G game played) and I don\'t have any minimum start to respect so I guess I\'ll definitely wait for a better matchup (you\'re right metaldude I also think MIN is a better matchup than this one).
As for the trade scene, well it hasn\'t been as good as I though, but like you said Shoeless, I might just be one good game away from receiving good offers for him.
Thanks guys for your thoughts!
Well I thought that might happen - there are just teams that starting goalies against if they are all world studs is just not a viable proposition.
Yup! I\'m so glad that I had some fears and that I didn\'t start him. However, I should have started Bryz with his W and his 0 GAA. I just hope he\'ll get a huge one on next game!
Yeah but you could never have called that one with Tellie firm for the start. Happens sometimes.
I know, but I hate when this happen!
