    Default Taylor Hall or Keller

Who is better next year, in three years, and in five years?

I think Hall... but Hall is also a band-aid boy as we are all well aware. He seems to have finally hit his stride in NJ though.

Keller has sublime talent but is stuck playing in the desert with so-so players in a completely unstable environment.

Looking to move one of them. Dobber has them rated pretty consistently in terms of 3YP and Upside.

    Thoughts??

It's funny you brought this up, I have posted about possible Hall trade scenarios (as his owner), and I would have received Keller in a package, but hesitated a bit and it didn't happen. The other gm went for Monahan instead.

I think it's really hard to say, I mean safe bet is Hall will be better at least through next year. Beyond that, it could go either way. Hall is 26, and he was on pace for 90 pts in 80 games prior to sitting out last night/tonight. Assuming he just misses 2, he's still on pace for 87 in 78.

You have to think Hischier will continue to get better and better, and that will be a dynamite combo for a long time.

Hall misses games sure, but he played a full 82 in 15/16, missed 10 last year, and has missed 4 this year (after tonight). It's not like he's playing 65 games/season. I would like to see him out there as much as possible, but his time missed isn't as significant as say Malkin, and I think he's a safe bet for 0.85-1 ppg when he is in there. He flashed over a ppg ability earlier in his career, so I also wouldn't be surprised if he went over a ppg again given his situation.

its hard without knowing specifics of your league but in point only i would roll the dice with Keller, every other set up i have Hall.
