I like Chabot's upside more, but I don't like you keeping him as one of your top 8. He's much easier to redraft than players you will be dropping, no?
One of my strategies for next year is to keep my best prospect Dman. They are a valuable commodity in my league and I've been weak forever on D, so I am considering keeping a prospect as one of my keepers.
Which one do you think has the higher ceiling?

Fair point, and it's still something I'm playing with. Certainly I have more legitimate keepers to take over either of them, but I have an eye on the long term as well. I'll have to keep thinking about this for the rest of this year and into the off-season what I want to do. I might be able to trade an aging keeper like Weber for good value which would help make this decision easier.

it might be 2-3 years before Chabot even surpassed Green in fantasy pts/gm... I don't see how you can consider him in a keep 8.

Ya, I think you might want to rethink how your determining your keepers. However, to answer the question, I definitely like Chabot's upside.

Not even close offensively. Chabot is dynamic and one of the most skilled young d in the league. He’s going to put up 40 points as soon as next year
