    Default Good value for Matthews?

It's point only with position requirements, 12 teams, 27 roster, 20 minors, head-to-head

    Trade goes like this:

    A.Matthews, 13th overall pick in 2018 prospect draft, V.Dunn, J.Armia, J.Ikonen, P.Zacha
    for
B.Marchand, a lottery pick who will be between 1st and 6th overall in next 2018 prospect draft, E.Lindholm, 5th round draft pick

My take is it's a gamble on the lottery pick. If it's a top 3 pick the odds are good on Marchand's side, even if the 13th overall pick is still a top player. If it ends up being a 5th or 6th overall pick, Marchand's side probably lose since it's as much as a gamble to draft 5th then 13th and Matthews is 10 years younger then Marchand.

    How do you see it?

I'd keep Mathews. That "gamble" isn't worth it to me.

No go for me too. I’d need that pick to be 1st or I wouldn’t do it.

Keep Matthews. As soon as he heats up you'll have sellers remorse.

Matthews > Marchant...once that pick is ready to contribute Marchant will not be anymore...and chances of that pick being anything like Matthews are very slim...

dont do it...but its not horrible...

If you were guaranteed the first pick, I'd still keep Matthews.

Yea that's no where near enough for Matthews. Looks more like a distraction than a good offer
