Tough call. In a dynasty league I'd be all over it but in a keep 7 you generally want to stick with the best guy which in this case is clearly Draisaitl. Looking at your roster though, your Dmen and goaltending are such a weakness that adding a guy like Sergachev, who becomes a keeper for you, could be tempting.
My problem with the deal is that Hoffman doesn't help you much if at all. Short term he's of not great benefit since I'm assuming you're out of contention this year. Long term he isn't appreciably better than Zibanejad/Paryako/Lehner and even Buchnevich (who I'm high on) as your last keeper so unless you think Hoffman can be a valuable trade chip this year, the deal is really just Sergachev for Draisaitl.
In your shoes, I'd keep the two main components (Draisaitl and Sergachev) but look to rework the rest of the deal so that you either:
a) swap out Hoffman for picks to help you next year
b) add another player on your end in exchange for a better forward from his roster that becomes a clear keeper for you
c) swap out Hoffman for a decent G that can become a keeper since I'm assuming a fair number of them are kept in a 14 team, start 2G league
If you can't get him to agree to a, b or c and you're convinced you can flip Hoffman to someone else in a deal that will net you picks or a keeper upgrade I'd might still pull the trigger but it gets risky.
Finally, having said all that, if you're going to move Draisaitl I HOPE you've let everyone in your league know he's on the block. If you haven't, do that before accepting any permutation of this deal and see what others are willing to pay.

I would pass as well.
You do need a keeper D, but I think you can do better than Sergachev.
