    Default big rookie rank (groupings?)

Hoping I could get a few opinions on my rookies. We can keep 35 <100 gp. 11 teams. Points only. I've clustered the players based on what I think value is roughly. Any that you'd move up or down?

After a quick look I'm doing this:

    Brannstrom UP.
DStrome DOWN - just not a fan.
Mittlestadt moves UP to a level by himself.
Kyrou UP with Tolvanen and Saros.
Tempted to put Kostin and Heponiemi UP to a tier between Tolvanen/Saros and where they are right now.

So works out to something like

    Mittlestadt

    Tolvanen, Saros, Kyrou

    Brannstrom, Hepo, Kostin

    DStrome, Vilardi, Borgstrom, Gusev, Batherson

    McLeod, Fischer

I stuck a few more in there...

    Hope this helps.

I didn't know which Quennenville you meant, so couldn't rank him.

I agree with keeping D Strome in the top tier, but I would put him with Vilardi, not at the peak.

Also wondering if you left Gusev out for a reason? Just lack of likelihood to come over to NA?

Right - I cut his name and then forgot to paste it back there. I'd probably put him on the 5th or 6th group. The talent is definitely there to be higher than that but I don't see him playing in Vegas and I don't see them trading his rights very easily, so his situation is not very good.

Don't they lose his rights after this season or 2019?

That's what I thought earlier as well but apparently they hold his rights forever because of:
    - no transfer agreement between the NHL and the KHL
    - he was drafted by an NHL team
    - Vegas is keeping him on their reserve list

So the only way he plays in the NHL is if he signs with Vegas or Vegas trades his rights and he then signs with that new team (unless of course Vegas release his rights but that's unlikely).
