McAvoy and Sergachev
Are these guys the real deal? Currently they are sitting in my farm system, but am thinking of calling them up to the big club. I need to choose whether to sign them for 1, 2, or 3 years at this point, so just wondering if they are the real deal (sign them for the max 3 years) or a flash in the pan (1 or 2 years)?

Both McAvoy and Sergachev are the "real deal" so if you can sign them for 3 years I would.
If you have to drop a D-man to make room - Shattenkirk should be traded or dropped and I would also try to move Burns for an upgrade at C to replace Galchenyuk.

you can watch how Sergachev does in the next few weeks with the injury to Hedman - if he is for real, they will show himself now that the opportunity is there.
Im betting he's da real deal, and a steal at his sal cap.

Both were 1st round picks and are showing why. Yes, real deals. Either guy would be an upgrade on Severson for your roster.

McGuire just called McA. a superstar on radio tonight and Serg. is either right there with him or not too far behind. KEEP both. Serga's gonna take off minus Hedman for a few weeks. Look out...

Just wait until he starts shooting the puck. only 51 sog in 42gp. Much more of a shooter at other levels, this will increase moving forward.
