Malkin & Kane -- and it's not close for me. Kane's an absolute stud in this format - possibly the best player in the deal if you looked at rankings.. Neither Scheif or Johansen hit or shoot near enough to make up the peripheral gaps.
Opinions on preferred side please now and long term please.

I don't play roto, so you should probably ignore me. But Malkin and Kane are both very frustrating players to own due to health. Will Evander stay healthy (and out of trouble) when it's no longer a contract year?
Give me Scheifele & Johansen pls!

Give me Scheifele & Johansen pls! As als_revenge mentioned I wouldn't want to deal with the other 2 health issues.

I'd want the Malkin/Kane side.

In H2H I?d be taking Scheifele/johansen due to said injury concerns as they can sink a playoff week.
However, with it being roto, it is much easier to manage those injuries.
To me, Scheifele is a 70 - 85 point guy. Malkin is a 60 -75 point guy, but in 60 games. Meaning you have 22 games to make up 10 ish points, which is doable. To me they are about even.
The big difference is Kane vs Johansen. Kane decimated him in all categories.
So from a pure hockey perspective, Malkin/Kane side wins. I?m taking them in a three year window.
