Hoping to get an opinion on Aho. I currently have DeAngelo as 1 of my 10 prospect spots. Good d men are hard to come by so i like to have a few on my prospects roster.
Is it time to give up on DeAngelo and possibly take a chance on a guy like Aho?
I also currently have Girard and Butcher.

Are you referring to the Aho who plays for Carolina or the Aho Dman in the Islanders organization?

he's off to a good start in the AHL.. but he's not up to DeAngelo's level... I'd prefer DeAngelo over him

I think the Islanders Aho is a reach to make the show but who really knows. In a setup like yours with only 10 minors spots, I wouldn't waste a spot on him. You are better off sitting on DeAngelo.

DeAngelo has had setbacks but he's still 22 and has a history producing in the NHL. That matters.
