Potential trade offer - thoughts?

For the league in my sig, I'm worried about some of the players I have not living up to the potential from last year/previous seasons. I have 3 CBJ players, and while they're great for Hits, FW, and PIM, they don't put up many points - especially on the PP.

To try to improve my team (and make room for Horvat/Carter when they return) I'm thinking of offering:

My: Duchene, Zetterberg, and either Dubinsky/Foligno
For
His: Bergeron, Kerfoot (who I would drop), and Buchnevich (who I would also likely drop)

I could also switch out Buchnevich in the offer for: Point, Brown, J.T. Miller, or Eberle.

The FAs I could pick up if I drop Kerfoot and Buchneivich include:

Palat
T. Johnson
E. Johnson
Perreault
Dadonov
DeBrincat
Schmaltz
Ladd
Atkinson
Teravainen
Thornton
Galchenyuk
Burakovsky

I don't mind the deal at all... I'd probably do it, but I would not drop Buchnevich for anyone on that list, you'll regret it. Kerfoot, I would probably drop with a WW list like that and just start waiver churning that slot. Unless you have limited drop per season.

I would see if you can switch out Kerfoot for Point.. if he's willing to do that for Buchnevich. if you get berg. point, buch for duch, zett, foligno (keep Duby, beast in peripherals) that's a heck of a deal for you

Does the injury to Duby (out 6-8 weeks) change things? I think I'll go for:

Duchene, Zetterberg, and Dubinsky (IR)
For
Bergeron, Kerfoot (DTD), and Buchnevich

This also gives me some easier decisions on who to drop once Horvat and Carter come back.
