Benn or Tarasenko ?
Team and scoring in signature.
We are making Big changes in our league for next season.
Increasing Keepers from 3 to 4.
Reducing team size from 10F, 4D, 2G, 4B to 6F, 3D, 1G, 3B.
Scoring changes from Roto to Points (G, A, PPP, SHP, GWG, Hat trick)
In preparation for our changes I think I would be better off with Tarasenko than Benn . Thoughts ?
The Tarasenko GM has Seguin , Klingberg and would love to add Benn.

I do think Benn loses some of his value with the new changes to your league. That being said, he's still an excellent player (and so is Tarasenko that that extent).
I would try and do it with a pick upgrade. Say offer something like Benn and a 4th round pick for Tarasenko and a 3rd, or something to that extent.

I think you can gain some picks advantage especially if he's a fan of the stars. Make an offer and let it simmer : if you're asking for a swap of picks in your advantage that is good but not game changing, he might give in to his interest in owning Benn
