Another manager have been tossing around the idea of a trade...he has Burns.

Offer is Burns for Provorov, Coyle and Halak.

Please opine.

Vasilevsky is my other goalie. 5W -1GA 3S/O
Most good goalies are gone...or at least the ones I'd want.
14 team league w/23 man rosters.

Guys floating around to replace Coyle...Vanek, Pomm, Filpp, Andrig, E. Linholm, Ladd, Frans, Lewis.
Goalies left Nilsson, Kuemper, Khudo, Jarry...the rest are in the minus.

Coyle can get hot like he did last year and rack up the points. Provorov will hopefully maintain his 1.5pts in fantasy.

I can't see Burns staying at his production YTD considering the shots he takes.

I would do the trade.

In a one year, Prov's upside doesn't matter. I'd grab Jarry & Lindholm. Jarry for the immediate production - even though it's a short term fix. Nilsson's eventually gotta get more starts in Van.. I'd keep an eye on him moving forward for that once Murray returns and make that swap.

Lindholm because the past two years he has gone off in the 2nd half of the year after dreadfull first 30 games to start each season. he gets dropped by this point because he's no where near the production breakout expectations anyone has of him. if history holds true, he'll cover Coyle ROS.

Burns SOG are still there... the points will come. I don't see 60+ from him but 50 - 55 is well within his capability with the games remaining

Thanks for the input....I agree with Lindholm. I feel about Coyle the same way and yes, points should come for Burns with all those SOG
