Fowler or Faulk in a points only dynasty?

Even with the horrible start, Id go with Faulk.. he's shooting a lot but not much luck so far.

I'm wondering if it is the same issue with Hanifan? Usually really like Faulk but Carolina doesn't score much at the best of times so hard to buy when I am going for it and need production this year. I'm debating DeBrincat for Faulk but honestly not sure I want to ship the cat

The way I see it, it's Faulk's place to lose, in normal circumstances he's the legit no.1 offensive threat .. and the whole team is not at it's best right now
As for Fowler, Montour is a better offensive prospect and has a legit chance at grabbing that no.1 spot

Ya I can see that. Fowler super hot right now, but he always maxes around 40 points. Faulk's big goal totals really help in our format, he is usually a top 10 D and I would normally jump at acquiring him. Maybe I'm drinking the cool aide a little on Debrincat.

Any thoughts on Debs for Faulk? My focus is this year but obviously in a dynasty Debrincat holds even more value. He looks like he is just getting better and better this year and is looking like he will bump either Panik or Schmaltz out of the top 6. If/when he lines up with Kane/Toews it could be fireworks. Hard to ship that for a slumping guy when I am contending...

I would trade Da Kat for Faulk in a heartbeat in my league. Debrincat looks great, but scoring PP quarterbacks who shoot a tonne and put up peripherals are gold in my league. That said, the cold start is not giving me any warm fuzzies, but he still holds the top PP spot and as long as he does the points and goals will come.
