Pretty good strategy I think.
I do kinda like that the Leafs are playing in Vancouver....but at 7pm EST. That could throw the Canucks off.
I do think Calgary wins the Battle of Alberta so yep I would do what you're doing.
In a tight goalie battle this week. Comes down to tonight. Team I am playing ( first place) has Vas going against SJ and Holtby against Columbus.
I ( second place) have Andersen against Vancouverand Dubnyk against St.louis. I also have Smith against Edmonton at 10p.
I am leaning towards sitting Dubs and Andersen and waiting to see what I need at 10p. Andersen gives up a lot of goals and Dubnyk has been a train wreck the last month. Smith has been my best starter. I am up 3 to one in wins and barely up in GAA and SV pct. both right around 2.0 and .940 ( both good numbers)
Like my strategy or start 2?

I'd take the chance and start two goalies. There is a good chance your opponent will win both games and catch you on wins, thus likely passing you in GAA and SV%. I'm starting Andersen and Smith here. Good luck.

I'd sit them. Normally I'd love Andersen against the canucks but this a road trip they've already had success on and the team could be in for a let down game. Canucks have also been scoring.
I like your Strat. He has to start 2 and if 1 of them gets lit up you're golden pony boy.

Another vote to wait and see how your opponents goalies do. Hate to lose GAA and SV% cats. Best chance to sweep all 3 cats.

As a Vas and Holtby owner, I'm starting Vas and sitting Holtby. WSH has been far too inconsistent this year and i have a feeling that CBJ will put a few in tonight. I like your strat of wait and see.

well not quite the golden pony boy but 2 cats and a tie I will take against a team that has better goalies.
Playing 2 goalies would have got me the wins, but looks like I would have lost perfs. So once I locked up gaa and sv pct I sat Smith too ( didn't want to risk 2 points to win an extra half point. All and all satisfied rep'd you all.
Thanks

After all that, Dubnyk ended up being the right card to play. Interesting how it played out, good post.
