while everyone else is running out grabbing Jarry on Pitt... maybe more should be grabbing Lyons/Neuvirth on Philly.

And once again loses it in overtime without even getting the point in a shootout.

You get a point for the overtime loss, but the Flyers are VERY frustrating.

My bad. There's an error in my siggy. My league only grants a point for OTL by shootout.

Elliott is just a bad goalie. He consistently loses games in the third, despite carrying a two goal lead into that period. If the Flyers are up two by the end of the second period, they are likely to lose.

It's not Elliott, it's the mess in front of him. And can someone please tell me why coach plays his second PP unit so much when they need goals more than ever before. Frustrating as hell this team!!!😠

You want to know what's sad? He's a clear upgrade on Mason, who could do that, andlet in softies from anywhere. Elliott wasn't a guy I was really interested in them bringing in to tandem with Neuwirth, but it's who they got. They needed to go young & somewhat unproven.

The Flyers goal & shot suppression isn't terrible, but they just aren't scoring nearly enough to be successful. It's hard to win with a bottom 5 offense, even more when your OT play is brutal.

I can feel it...the beginning of a huge run coming!

Ok Im kind of joking but how often do we see teams come off of massive losing streaks and then put together a good/great stretch.

shouldn't be surprised Philly beat Cgy... Smith has been channelling his inner Elliott this past week.
