Guys, 4th year out of 5th year keeper.

My concern has always been owning jake allen. Even when he is on, his numbers aren't great. He has a great team infront of him but he hovers around .905 and 2.6 to 2.7 GAA.

My question is, would you rather have Talbot, with one year left, or ride out Allen ?

Any other goalies you think i could target?

As you say, Allen is a roughly average goalie with a great team in front of him. Talbot has been a roughly average goalie as well. Last year's Talbot is pretty much Allen from 2 years ago.

However you have saves as a category, and that heavily rewards volume of work, both in start volume and a more porous defense. Allen is close to Talbot this year, but he's more injury prone. I'd prefer Talbot in your format.
