Too many available D's. Help! (Rep)

My drop decision got made for me with Palmieri's busted foot. Now I'm looking at picking up a D. Which of these would you recommend, given our scoring cats? G, A, PPP, +/-, PIM and Hits

Fowler
Lindholm
Schultz
Montour
Brodie
Klefbom
Miller
Edmundson
Hagg or Orpik (hitting machines - I'd be shoring up that cat, but little else)

Honestly, I don't know. Of this group, Montour, Miller and Edmundson are the highest ranked in our league. Seems like any of them would be serviceable. Schultz, Faulk, Klef and Seabrook are the highest owned in Yahoo. Brodie and Spurgeon have the most points. Who would you pick? Thanks!

I feel you jimc21! I was wondering too if I should upgrade my D, either drop McAvoy or drop Hischier or Brown to accommodate for Schultz or Faulk, based on their potential productivity ROS.

Are you looking for short-term help? If so, you may consider adding Montour, Brodie or Faulk.

Based on utilization I would say Brodie. But that is just because he is on one of the hotest PP in the league. If he gets removed from the 1st PP his value dropps tremendously.

If you want hits & PIM, I'd go with Hagg. His +/- is good, as well. With Gudas out, he may be more involved in getting PIM.

If you want scoring, you have a lot of options. Faulk, Brodie, Fowler, and Montour seem like the best bets there.

I'd take a chance on Montour, Fowler or Spurgeon, but really these guys are all a similar level atm, I'd keep an eye out for the hot hand
