Not in a one year league. I think Nashville is one of the better teams in the West, while Boston is a weaker team in the East. The points will be there for Josi, a dman to boot.
1 year H2H
G 3, A 2, PPP 1, +/- 0.5, PIM 0.5, SOG 0.4, BLK 0.2
I give Josi
I get Pastrnak
3 D spots: I have Burns, Piet, Josi & Gost
2 RW / 1 UTL spot(s): I have Atkinson & Dadonov
RW FA's: Nino, Zucca, Sheary, Boeser, Rantanen, Ferland, R. Smith

Bottleneckers (12/16 in 2022)
16 team, points only. G: 2-W, 4-SO.
Top 9F, 4D & 1G . Keep 15, Max 23
F: J. Robertson, J. Hughes, Tavares, Lafreniere, Cozens, Newhook, Teravainen, Domi, R. Strome, Laine, Rossi, Raymond, Holtz, Perfetti
D: Bouchard, McAvoy, Morrissey, Heiskanen
G: Vasilevskiy
If you only have 3 D spots then yes trade one of them since you have 4 good D. Josi is going to have a great year though.
However there are better RW's on the waiver wire than you would gain from unloading a D. I would trade one of your D for a better centre or LW unless you're stacked there too.
lol so you're stacked all around. Sounds like you don't really need to make a move right now.
In that group I place: Dad, Boeser, Nino & Rantanen as tier 1's and the rest as 2's. I picked up Boeser just because he's exciting and I like having rookie on my team. It's splitting hairs deciding which of those four will have the best season. Plus Vancouver's schedule is very fantasy friendly this year and that's important in my league, less guys on the bench.
I'd definitely do that. Your D-core is stacked right now. Pasta would be an unreal pick up on the front end.
