for ROS I'd take Keith, similar assist totals but Leddy has gotten 5 goals already which to me screams sell high

Leddy
Easy decision considering that Keith is off the #1 PP. Plus, hasn't Leddy historically been a better second half player?

The way you have it listed is the way I'd rank them. Nurse is starting to find his way and will eventually climb his way up on the EDM D depth chart. Aside from some youthful mistakes he looks more comfortable this season and his point totals should improve with greater responsibility on one of the high-powered offenses in the league.

Depends how convinced you are that Keith can land back on PP1...
Experience is the teacher of all things.
To me, it looks like Chicago is trying to create 1A/1B PP units because they also don't have Toews on the same unit with Kane. Usually these things don't work very well, so I think Keith is back on the top unit once they start using that again.
PP units from the latest game:
RICHARD PANIK JONATHAN TOEWS ALEX DEBRINCAT DUNCAN KEITH GUSTAV FORSLING 41%
PATRICK KANE NICK SCHMALTZ ARTEM ANISIMOV BRANDON SAAD CODY FRANSON 38.5%
Keith is 34 and Leddy is 26. NYI are hitting their stride with a young talented line-up. Chicago is going in the opposite direction. Keith also logs a lot of PK time these days which doesn't help. Regardless of which PP Keith is on Leddy is the better option.

IR (2 max):
The problem with the Hawks PP is that their best players are not very good PP players. Keith is terrible at entering the zone, has a very inaccurate shot, and is not a playmaker. Seabrook has a better shot than Keith but it is average overall when you think of defensement on the PP. The Hawks do not have a true netfront player and they suffer from trying to be too cute and make a tic-tack-toe play which often results in missed opportunities.
For the last few games the Hawks have had Franson and Kane on the point for their better PP team. Whatever PP Kane is on is the better unit. I think Q or whoever makes the decision on the PP units is realizing just how bad Keith is on the PP and how he doesn't really offer anything. Forsling is a better playmaker and has a better shot on the PP than Keith does and he's only 21 years old. While Franson is s l o w, he has the best slapshot on the team. Kane should not be on the point but he is the best on the team at entering the zone. Personally, I think the best Hawks PP would be Forsling, Franson, Kane, Debrincat, and Anisimov. I know it doesn't have the big names people might expect but it makes sense. You have an elite playmaker on the half wall, a playmaker on the blueline, a slapshot on the blueline, their best netfront player, and a guy who just seems to always find the right spot. Debrincat is smart and just scores goals. In other words, I still go with Leddy over Keith even as the Hawks continue to find their best PP lineup.

Leddy for sure since this is a cap keeper/dynasty league.
Nurse - best opportunity & usage
Koekkoek - if he gets dealt to a team that would use him in the NHL he moves to #1. He's the #4 option at best in Tampa for the PP.
