Passed away today at the age of 64. Don't know from what. Too bad.

I saw AC/DC in Vancouver when they opened up for Aerosmith. They blew Aerosmith away.
Don’t know how he died but dementia is a brutal disease.

They did the same at Sarstock in Toronto back in 2003 with the Rolling Stones.

I heard recently that he had gone downhill health wise. Sad to hear. I've always been a fan of the band and this, coupled with Brian Johnson's departure, make me think this may be it for AC/DC.

A truly underrated great. One of the best rhythm guitarists of all time. His brother took most of the spotlight (by design) but he was the founder and backbone of the band. He didn't participate in the last recording and tour by the band because of his health issues. RIP Malcolm.

    R.I.P indeed .

always found it cool that malcolm and the bass player pretty much stood still aside from keeping the beat with leg bounce and hitting the mic for some background vocals while Angus did his thing
