Barkov v Scheifele
Would you consider these two as similar players?
I have Barkov and considering offering him and a 2nd for Scheifele. It's a 12 team keep 7, the second will be a mid range impact forward.
or am I just splitting hairs here?

I think Barkov's injury history makes Scheifele the one to own here.
And with +/- being a factor, I have a bit more faith in the Jets going forward.
I'd make this deal if I were you--but I don't know that you'll get it done for this.

I agree with STONE. I like Barkov and feel he has similar potential to Scheifele but his injury risk reduces his value a tad to me. If you can get Scheifele for Barkov and a 2nd, I think that's a good deal for both sides. The other side probably wins if Barkov can stay healthy but that's a big if.Originally Posted by STONE.

I definitely prefer Scheifele and would be more than comfortable with that offer to get him.

Scheifele is on another level imo
Barkov very talented, but Scheifele is clearly the catalyst for a very offensively talented Jets team... he's projecting to be a top 5 scorer moving forward..
I don't even consider them in the same realm ..

Scheifele is on another level, I can’t see anyone anyone excepting barkov and a 2nd for scheifele. I would make that deal in every league I’m in if I could and if I dont have barkov I’d go out and acquire him just so I could make this trade.

Funny... i'm in the same boat. I have Barkov and Huberdeau. I also have Laine. Would love to have Scheifele on my team.
No picks, but the owner of Scheifele wants Barkov and Huberdeau in return.
Keep 7, 12 Team league. Stats in signature. I'm currently in 9th. My LW will be in shambles, but man will my C and G positions look good for future years.
Still... i think its too much. But if i can squeeze a mid pick out of him, like a 3rd, it could be good. I don't think i'm in a position to win this year. Thoughts?

Barkov and Scheifele are great players but I would go with Scheifele here as Barkov's injury history worries me. WPG is also a better team than FLA and Scheifele has better players around him.
