This guy have a shot at becoming a top 6 nhl'er? 22 years old, 5"8 166 lbs, 12 goals in 12 games in the AHL. What is to make of this guy?

Great last season in the Q it seems. And steady improvement in the AHL.
Late bloomer perhaps?
Looks like a little guy, but that's less and less an issue for players.
Seems he might be a defensive liability from what I'm reading, so definitely boom/bust guy.

Surprised to not see it mentioned here, but he got the call yesterday and played in his first game. 12:07 TOI, 4BLK, 3SOG. Didn't get to watch it though. Not sure what to make of the kid. Played most of the time with Simmonds and Patrick, which is a nice spot to be on.
And because of the makeup of my big dynasty league, I have a choice to hold on to him and drop a Bratt/Heinen type or cut him soon :|

He forced the Flyers to take a look at him in the NHL.... by leading the AHL in scoring.
Never saw much of the game last night... but from what I saw he looked alright for his first NHL game.

Didn't see the game but 3 shots and 4 blocks shows some involvement. Those don't happen accidentally.

If he stays with the team I think it will be in a very limited role to start. Fourth line and press box. He will have to earn it when there's injuries up front.
