Was hoping to get a ranking for highest upside from these guys for points only.

    Rasmus Andersson
    Oliver Kylington
    Madison Bowey
    Oscar Fantenberg
    Noah Juulsen

    Thank you!

On upside only I'd put them like this:

    Rasmus Andersson
    Oscar Fantenberg
    Madison Bowey
    Oliver Kylington
    Noah Juulsen

Andersson is still a bit underrated in my opinion. He's not particularly flashy but has good size and hockey IQ. He was voted best offensive defenseman for the 15-16 OHL season as well as third hardest shot. He was voted the third best OFD the season prior. He was called up and got into a game with the Flames last season, and was one of the last to stick around in camp this September. He also had two OHL seasons at approximately a point per game. The only problem is Calgary's pretty set for D for a while, but at least Andersson is a RH shot and so doesn't have quite the same competition from Valimaki that Kylington does there. Most probably won't agree with him at the top of this list but 8-12 months from now that could change. I think he'll have a really solid season in Stockton.

I agree with Andersson at the top but otherwise would put it:
    Rasmus Andersson
Oliver Kylington (very high risk, though)
    Noah Juulsen
    Madison Bowey
    Oscar Fantenberg

Thank you for the input! If I added Samuel Girard to this list, would he be near the top?

He's probably amongst the highest in upside but he's also risky IMO.
