Seguin vs. Scheifele

Looking to add a d man, and was offered this deal:

My Scheifele (C) + Simmonds (RW)

for

Seguin (C,RW) + Keith/Klingberg (D)

Categories are G,A,SOG,PPP,FOW,HITS,BLKS,W,GAA,SAVES

Is this a decent deal or am I losing too much? I would then keep Seguin next year instead of Scheifele if I made this

I’d be happier getting Kling here than Keith but I’m not sure I’d make such a big deal. Have to think Simmonds, with those categories, could demand an overpayment on his own (notthat im adverse to the Seguin for Scheifele swap)

Definitely want Klingberg over Keith. If you really need a D man this is a pretty good trade. Like Sulla says though, I think Simmonds might garner you a bit more on the open market, but his add is what gets you Seguin in my opinion as Seguin is slightly more valuable than Scheifele.

I do prefer Seguin to Scheifele but losing Simmonds in this setup is a deal breaker for me. Find another way to get a D.
