If you truly have no chance at competing take the picks and the young guns. Kopitar and Rask are the best players right now but they aren't players you build your team around. Of course for this season and at least next season I prefer the Kopitar side...
And EB is correct in that you will likely do better moving them separately.

Don't like it. You could easily do better for kopitar now. Hold out for a better deal. Atleast try to get one young stud. Don't expect much from the guys you are getting

You're dealing away a ton of talent still in their prime (minus Pominville) for a lot of unknowns. I personally am not a fan of big deals like this because too much gets lost or muddied in the water.
I agree with others when they say to try and move Kopitar and Rask in smaller deals. You should be able to get better assets for what you are offering.
