That's a close call. Neuvirth worries me more than Johnson in terms of backups. Talent wise I would say they are pretty similar - mid range starters with their up and downs. I like Philly more than Buffalo so far this year, so I guess Elliott. But if it were me I would not want to own Elliott without the Neuvirth handcuff right now. If you don't want to use up that extra roster spot then I guess I would stick with Lehner.

Call me crazy but I go Elliott here. He should still get 25-30 wins as long as he plays, and he will as he is the 1A and Neuvirth is a bandaid.
Buffalo is a tire fire and Lehner is also a bandaid.
Neither is a stud but I'm going Elliott until I can upgrade him.

Elliott has won 4 of 5. Beat some top teams too in Wsh, Edm, Ana, SJ.....Lehner is a mess right now and he doesn't have the history to justify him over Elliott at this point
