The high draft pick and the FA pick-up is a bit overkill. Reilly will not keep up that pace, and Strome will spend the season on the bottom 6. McAvoy is great, but he's still at least a season away from being elite. The trade would be OK without giving up the picks, even then I find he's still giving up too much.

This post is riddled with opinions, and while I'm not saying they're wrong, they're still just your opinions. Riley very well might keep up a good pace. Strome might bust into the top six. McAvoy could be great this year...
