He left the game after taking a nasty spill into the boards. Looked like his shoulder. Will post here if I find anything more but it just happened like 10-12 minutes before my posting.

Thanks for posting the video. Schwartz is back in the game and even scored a goal.

Phew. He didn't need that. I'm expecting a great season from him.

I was going nuts when I seen it, my brother told me to calm down. I was saying "YEP, THERE GOES HIS SEASON..."

There may have been one or two expletives said as well ...

Scored a goal after returning, and then a hatter tonight... damn he should spill into the boards more often!

I traded for him in a keeper league this offseason at what I thought was a low price and have been very pleased. I thought he was undervalued in most of the ratings I saw. If he stays healthy he is nearly a pt/game player.

I think he's closer to being a 60-point player than nearly PPG but still that's pretty decent.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

We'll see. I definitely like what I have seen so far this season.

The more I think about it, I might have been a little too high on Schwartz after this start. I am definitely higher on him than most but near pt-game might be a little lofty. But I do think 65-70 is possible if he stays healthy.

The upside has always been there, but injuries have raised their ugly heads at the wrong time. They hampered him from having a true coming out party at the WJC in 2010 and definitely have hindered his evolution in St Louis. He's got the raw skills and brain to be a PPG player.

New warmies routine.... skate onto the ice, trip over blueline... spill into the boards.... skate off the ice... go to dressing room... Say 'coach I am ready for tonight'

I was holding my breath when he left as well... heavily invested in him at his price this year.

I was already scouring the waiver wire when he left the game. Then he comes back and completes a hat trick. Nice.

I watched a couple St Louis games this season and damn he looks good. All over the ice and dangerous every time he has the puck. I think he can hit 65 if he plays the full season and remains on the first PP unit.

Traded for him in both my leagues and it's looking good! Also think he is 65-75 range but he's valued much lower bc of injuries
