Default Sell High on Neal or keep?

Thinking about putting Neal up for trade. I need a good D-man and Neal might be able to get me that. Who do you think I should be targeting. I'm currently sitting in fifth in my 10 team league and I think a Dman puts me closer to the top.

    I have the following players
    C
    Jeff Carter
    Wenneberg
    Kadri
    Turris
    LW
    Panarin
    Neal
    Skinner
    Pastrnak
    RW
    Arvidsson
    Kessel
    Oshie
    Rust
    D
    Butcher
    Parayko
    Martine
    Phaneuf
    Savard
    Schmidt
    Niskanen (IR)
    Goalie
    Andersen
    Gibson
I'd update my signature with players but cant figure out how.

I would shop Neal for sure. Definite sell-high. Not sure who you could get for him as I don't know your league. Gardiner maybe? Schultz as a buy-low?

The guy with Schultz is having worse D problems then mine. I will look at Gardiner.

I though about trying to get Zuccarello for Neal but I'm not sure Neal gets me him. That deal doesn't help my D problems but gets me more points by the time the season is over.

Sell high if you can but don't give him away. Basically no chance that he keeps his current pace up but he'll be better than he was last year.

Yea if you can get someone to bite. I dont think he holds all thatmuch perceived value even now- lol! Ive been saying since the pre-season that he is a 50 point player minimum in Vegas with something resembling career numbers in regards to sogs. With this start he could end up at 55-60 and 240 sogs relatively easily (hes also an "ok" contributor in pims too.

If youre competing I think its hard to trade a player like that- especially considering what youll likely be offered.

So yea I guess hes a sell high- just depends on what kind of return you can get. For a D Id kick tires on OEL- rough year last year plus slow start might ope doors on him...

You need someone who will exceed 55-60 points to win as a forward option, temper that down for the d man but you’d understand your league better for what that can attract

I thought about OEL but the top guy has him and that's who I am chasing. Maybe I'll stand put for now and hope my D guys pull up there socks. I think I have a pretty solid team just need more out of my D

Sell high. James Neal will always be the same, streaky player.
