Here is what we have in the Fantasy Prospects Report:

DeBrusk is a natural goal scorer and intuitive passer who should initially carve out a depth role with Boston that will likely expand. He completed a solid AHL rookie year with Providence, tying for second on the team with 49 points (19 goals and 30 assists in 74 games). As the campaign progressed the Bruins’ 2015 first-round pick upped his strong and opportunistic game, showing increased quickness on the ice. Very tough to move off the puck, he rarely loses battles in the corners and along the boards. Among league leaders in shots, DeBrusk is an intriguing source of grit and points. He scored 42 goals in 2014-15 for WHL Swift Current. The 20-year-old will likely need continued defensive improvement to stand out in the NHL.

    Upside – Jeff Skinner (35-30-65+, 50 PIM)
    3YP - (20-20-40, 40 PIM)
    Certainty (NHLer; Upside) - 80%, 20%
Expected Arrival – Will have cups of coffee with club/get a look this year, full-time in 2018-19.
DobberHockey Draft Advice - Take in a late round if you can afford to wait a few years on a potential star.
