Palmieri vs. Toffoli & Caggiula PO - Who Wins?

For a league setup just like the second one in my signature. I have been slowing down a load on trades since a busy end to the last year and summer, but I fired this one off today and got accepted. I am the one who got Palmieri. I think NJ is on their way up. I like Toffoli more than most, but he seems to get hurt quite a bit. Throwing in Caggiula was mostly just to make room on my roster for a couple prospects likely being called up soon (Schmaltz, Bjorkstrand or Weal). What are your thoughts? Did I give too much, or was it a good trade?

It's a wash in mind. I think Palmieri is a more reliable 55-point guy, but Toffoli still has more upside. Agree that he's more of an injury risk, but it would depend on who I had on my roster as I think I might do that swap to get Toffoli to get a bit more upside if I already had reliable producers at RW.
