Faulk worth a pickup??
Currently I have Phaneuf and Provorov on my D core to help with hits, BLK and PIM. Should I drop one of them for Faulk? Leaning towards dropping Phaneuf for him. Is that the right move or will I be too thin on Hits, BLKs and PIM's if I make this move? Seems a shame to leave someone like Faulk on the waiver wire. If he heats up soon he will be scooped up for sure.

The only league that I wouldn't make the move to drop Phaneuf for Faulk is your league. That's a lot of physical categories in one league. If you can find another way to get Faulk on your team, I'd do it. But in an 8-team league, you're probably okay to stand pat for now.

He will add to your SOG, and his team is improved so may not hurt you too bad +\-. But with the physical cats keep Phaneuf.

I would drop Provorov for Faulk easy. Phaneuf ya he's got the physical categories so keep him but Provorov isn't stuffing like Phaneuf is. The only category Prov is winning is Blocks and maybe a slight edge in Hits

How many of each position do you play? Depending on the number of LW you play in comparison to D... you might be able to drop one of them.
OR you could STREAM.... see where your opponent is strong in any given week and pick up a player that helps in those categories. in an 8 team league... there should always be help for specific categories in your league.

Its painful; based on name value but Id drop Porv too. Hes getting like half the minutes Gost is on the PP. Looks set up for another decent 30 point season. Ill take the over on Faulk for 30...
