Based off of my team below..who is the smarter add Hartnell or Names for Phaneuf?
Also, is Lee or Barkov droppable at this point or should I hold??

If by Names you mean Namestnikov, then I'd take him over Anders Lee. They are pretty even, but Namestnikov is a hidden gem as long as he plays alongside Kucherov and Stamkos.
