Drop Vlasic or Theodore for Phaneuf

Hi,

With Vlasic not doing much and Theodore not playing, I was thinking to drop 1 of them for Phaneuf.

I know its early on, we only have 4 move (Drop/Add) in the year however people seem high on Phaneuf.

Any suggestion ?

I think Phaneuf is a better investment than Vlasic or Theodore for the time being. Phaneuf towers over them with peripherals but doesn't look like your league counts hits or blocked shots so that hinders his value a bit. Theodore could be good once he gets a chance with the big boys but the Vegas D is a log jam. So that likely doesn't happen anytime soon. I'd drop Vlasic if you can handle Theodore being in the AHL for half the season.

Exactly. I understand the frustration with Theodore but Phaneuf isn't a prized dman that must be owned. I'd wait it out a bit and save my moves for the real obstacles that will come up later in the year.
