You do have some offense to deal.
But I think THAT deal weakens your offense and leaves you with goaltending that's not going to make the difference.
If you deal away Tarasenko, I think you need a higher tier goalie in return

Yes, I don't see Helly and Mason as anything but low middle tier goaltending, Marner is a great piece but if you are dealing Tarsenko I would be focussing on getting one higher level goalie back.

if you're trading tarasenko you should be getting back a tier 1 goalie.
