    Default Drop Elliott for Markstrom?

Elliott is trash. Markstrom seems like he might not be as bad. Thoughts?

Elliot is a perennial slow starter. I wouldn't.

First bad game in three starts is trash? Against a good team as well?

No chance... not convinced by Vancouver despite the start

I'm not blaming the slow start, I didn't even feel comfortable drafting him. I just hate Philadelphia's lack of defense. It's where goalies' dreams go to die.

PHI's defense is still on the young side, it's true.
And they made some mistakes last night.
For anybody owning Elliott (includes THIS guy - pointing at self), it can be defeating to check a box score and see your goalie lost a game after having a 5-3 lead late.
PHI pretty much shot themselves in the foot in the final 5min, out of position, then two bad calls, went 5-on-3 PK and gave up both goals (the last was just after guy released from box).
That's really defeating to a team & goalie, getting hung out to dry 5-on-3.

I think Elliott is solid and expect him and PHI to be OK this year.
    18th-22nd best goalie.

I had Markstrom at #30-#35 overall... so you go ahead with Markstrom if you weren't comfortable drafting Elliott.

Neither are great options but I'll just be patient and let it play out for a few games. I'll definitely be benching Elliott until I get more comfortable with him. Thanks for your input everyone.
