Considering Necas is a center, and your league rewards FOW, I'd also go with Necas here and hope for the best but I am not giving up on Sprong as a prospect yet either. Sure, he hasn't popped at this point like we'd have hoped, but it's still too early to give up on him. He still has very good upside as well.

As a penguins fan, I have every hope for Sprong. Sprong has done nothing but improve across the board since being drafted and would be in Pittsburgh if not for being blocked on RW. I much prefer Sprong to Necas based on skill, but FOW in your league make Necas make more sense.
